Broken Pasts Make Amazing Futures

Good morning blogger fans ....time to rise & shine & show the world just how amazing you are! It's GO time! Time to be Awesome! 

You don't have to limit your future merely because of voids in your past. It's time to close those old chapters in your life....and pick up the pen of 'Hope' and write new ones on the tablet of 'Faith!' I wrote that almost a year ago and still love it to this day.  But as I've grown in my own Faith over the last few years I've learned so much about learning to love and appreciate the past. You've heard all the clichés of "don't look back, you're not going that way," and "no one ever got ahead by looking backwards." Well, I want to spoil that a little this morning. I think it's healthy to take a peek back at who you used to be and what you've overcome. It's a wonderful reminder of what God has brought you and me through. And, if you're going through some things right now, don't fret - just stay humble, stay on your knees in prayer and trust God as He will bring you through it. What's so ironic is, I often end up in a completely different place or with a completely different outcome than I expected, but so far it's always been better than my expectations or imagination. I've learned when you fully rely on God you must accept all of His plans for you - not just those that you think you want/need. Give it all to God and let Him be your driver for a change. I promise you, the scenery will be amazing and the journey will only continue to get sweeter by the day if you'll just trust Him! 

Today's Humor: I believe today I will make all decisions using the 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' method. 😁

Remember, as I've written before, if you take nothing else away from my blog - I pray you will never forget that you are "wonderfully and fearfully made" (Psalm 139:14). Never forget that you are the son or daughter of the almighty King of King and that you do not have to "BE" what the world expects you to be, but you do have to be what makes you happy! Do something kind today, be nice to others, and respect those you interact with. Strive to make a difference in others lives, but more importantly make a difference in your own life. Life is messy...thank God for Bounty paper towels, Grace & Mercy!
