Best Gift Ever....
So full of emotions thinking about all that has transpired this week. There is so much going on in our world, crime, hate, politics (which is a whole separate topic in itself) - that I just took a step back to simply pause from all of the chaos and give thanks to my Lord for all of the blessings He's bestowed upon us.
When I got to my daughter, well, I paused and stayed there a while because she is a true miracle! A gift from above. The love I have for my daughter is indescribable!! The greatest gift ever is getting to be her Mommy! 💝🙏🏻 One of the best lessons I can teach her is: "You don't have to be a perfect person - just be a genuine person."
Take a moment to pause and give thanks because if you're still breathing then there's still hope!
Remember, as I've written before, if you take nothing else away from my blog - I pray you will never forget that you are "wonderfully and fearfully made" (Psalm 139:14). Never forget that you are the son or daughter of the almighty King of Kings and that you do not have to "BE" what the world expects you to be, but you do have to be what makes you happy! Do something kind today, be nice to others, and respect those you interact with. Strive to make a difference in others lives, but more importantly make a difference in your own life. Life is messy...thank God for Bounty paper towels, Grace & Mercy!
