What Will You Be Remembered For...

Good evening blogger fans.... It's been an amazing couple of days. Started our vacation at a family reunion and now traveling on down to San Antonio to take our daughter to Sea World!

I'm so excited as this is truly our first family vacation since her birth where we're not taking time off for a funeral or to go help family. This trip is solely a vacation. I did not even bring my laptop! (Yikes...wonder how long my withdrawals will take to subside! lol)

Today's Tip: You have to make a living but never forget to live while you're working, enjoy family and treat others with respect. At the end of your life I guarantee you no one will stand up at your funeral and remember you for the excellent PowerPoint or spreadsheets you created, but they will remember you for how you treated them.

Today's Humor: How to translate some work emails. "I will look into it" usually means "I completely forgot!"

Today's Scripture: "But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever."‭‭ (I Timothy‬ ‭5:8‬)

Have an amazing evening! Go spend some quality time with your family. Make memories and make today count!!

Remember, as I've written before, if you take nothing else away from my blog - I pray you will never forget that you are "wonderfully and fearfully made" (Psalm 139:14). Never forget that you are the son or daughter of the almighty King of Kings and that you do not have to "BE" what the world expects you to be, but you do have to be what makes you happy! Do something kind today, be nice to others, and respect those you interact with. Strive to make a difference in others lives, but more importantly make a difference in your own life. Life is messy...thank God for Bounty paper towels, Grace & Mercy!

"Pretty words aren't always true...and true words aren't always pretty, but when the truth is spoken, it's always beautiful!"

"And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32)

Blessings,
