This morning I decided to get Alexis's vision board hung in her bedroom. While I was moving things around, I looked at that blank board and let my mind wonder with anticipation thinking, "what will she put on it?"

My goal is to teach her that she can do anything she sets her mind to. 

While looking at this blank board, I got to thinking about the fact that every day we are given a blank canvas to fill. That means you can start new each day! Isn't that awesome?!? What will you do with your blank canvas today? What will you do with your gift of life you opened this morning? 

Today's Tip: When life veers you from the course you had planned out, re-evaluate your priorities and maybe you'll find that what you have is better than what you had planned! God puts us in specific places/situations for a reason! Sometimes things have to fall apart to fall into place!

Today's Verse: Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

(Ephesians 6:14-16)

Never let anyone tell you that you cannot do or be whatever you want! God made you special! Enjoy being You!
