Getting Through The Battle

Good morning! Time to rise and shine!

I wonder, if I could see your hands, if I asked who is facing a battle? How many hands would raise?

Truth is, I don't need to see your hands, because we are all facing a battle of some sort. Big or small. We all have them.

I want to remind you of the 'Jericho Wall' as you go into battle on this Monday morning. Do not get discouraged. You may have to circle your wall seven times before you see movement. The key is to never give up. Keep walking. Keep moving forward. Keep believing. Keep trusting. Keep your faith.

Regardless of what you're facing, never forget that you do not have to go it alone.

God's word to Joshua is God's word to us: "Be strong and of good courage" (1:6). Do not heed your fear. Do not cower before your woes. Take the land God has given you to possess. Joshua did not go forth hoping to win. He knew that God had already won.

The same can be said for you and your challenge. God did not say, "Candye, break your bad habit." He says, "Candye, I have broken the bad habits of your life. Receive the blessings of my victory!"

Remember, you are a coheir with Christ. Every attribute of Jesus is at your disposal. The question is not, will you overcome? It is when will you overcome? Life will always bring challenges. But God will always give strength to face them.

"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." (I Cor. 15:57)

I pray your Monday is full of blessings.
