CHOOSE JOY

Good morning my favorite peeps!! Rise and Shine! Time to get your #awesomeness up and moving! 

𝒯𝑜𝒹𝒶𝓎'𝓈 𝒯𝒾𝓅: 𝒢𝒶𝓇𝒷𝒶𝑔𝑒 𝐼𝓃 = 𝒢𝒶𝓇𝒷𝒶𝑔𝑒 𝒪𝓊𝓉.

What you feed your mind, what you fill your heart with, and what you fuel your spirit with is what will spill out. 

Here's a little challenge for you today. Start your morning with a positive thought, then speak it out loud. Here are a few positive thoughts for you to start with: 

"Good morning!" 

"I am amazing!" 

"I am enough!" 

"I am thankful to be alive and breathing." 

"Today is going to be a magnificent day." 

If you start your day with a positive thought, a prayer, and feed yourself that all day long, your day will be drastically different and amazing. Try it and let me know how it goes for you! Yes, I have tested this theory. 

Every day is a new opportunity and what you choose to do with it is a personal choice. Today I CHOOSE to be happy and I CHOOSE to live, love and laugh. Regardless of the outcome, what goes on in my day, or even how it ends, or the number of epic fails I experience, I am forever grateful that I get the opportunity to try again today. That is how I want you to look at this day and every day. 

Life is an amazing journey and every step that you were given the opportunity to take is another step closer to achieving your dreams. Never stop moving! It's GO time!! Live your life to the fullest today! Forgive often, love endlessly, and more importantly, never, ever, ever give up. Spread some joy today and know that you are amazingly talented and beautiful and today's the day for you to Shine!!
